Breathwork and Sound Immersion

As you surrender to the soundscapes played by Jenn using crystal singing bowls, gongs,  chimes, and other sound instruments you'll find yourself enveloped in a deeply meditative state. Larissa and Jenn are both passionate in helping others on their healing journey and especially supportive of those in recovery as each has personal experience being in recovery themselves.
